By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, or simply browsing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms globally, regardless of your geographic location.

Fyimad provides AI-powered career tools, including but not limited to resume analysis, ATS optimization, cover letter generation, and LinkedIn profile enhancement.

Our services rely on artificial intelligence models to process user input. While we strive for accuracy, the output generated by the AI is provided "as is" without any guarantees of correctness, completeness, or suitability for any specific job application.

To access certain premium features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

Input Data: When you upload your resume, job descriptions, LinkedIn content, or other professional information ("User Content"), you retain all ownership rights to that data.

License to Process: By submitting User Content, you grant Fyimad a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to parse, analyze, and process the data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Generated Output: Any resumes, cover letters, or analyses generated by the Service ("Generated Content") belong to you. You may use them for your personal career advancement without restriction.

AI Fallibility: You acknowledge that AI systems may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or hallucinatory information. It is your strict responsibility to review, verify, and edit all Generated Content before submitting it to employers, recruiters, platforms, or other third parties.

AI Generated Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials are accurate, truthful, and legally compliant. Fyimad does not verify your qualifications, work history, credentials, or claims made in Generated Content.

Fees: Certain features require a paid subscription. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file automatically.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy: Due to the immediate computing costs associated with AI processing, all payments are non-refundable unless legally required by your local jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Generate fraudulent resumes or intentionally misrepresent your qualifications.

2. Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to breach our security systems.

3. Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI algorithms or the Service's underlying technology.

4. Use automated scripts to generate content in bulk beyond standard personal use limits.

5. Impersonate another individual or misrepresent your identity or employment history.

To ensure fair access to the platform and maintain service stability, Fyimad may limit excessive automated or abusive use of AI processing features.

We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass usage limits, exploit the Service at unreasonable volume, or interfere with normal platform operations.

Excluding your User Content, all materials on Fyimad—including the design, branding, UI, code, and proprietary AI workflows—are the intellectual property of Fyimad and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our explicit written permission.

Fyimad provides tools to assist users in improving professional documents and career materials.

We do not guarantee job interviews, employment offers, recruiter responses, salary outcomes, visa approvals, career advancement, or any specific professional result arising from use of the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS.

CAREER BUDDY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN EMPLOYMENT OFFERS, INTERVIEWS, OR ANY SPECIFIC CAREER OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAREER BUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID CAREER BUDDY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fyimad is established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify, and except where such arbitration restrictions are prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and visually prompting you within the application.

Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
